阿里巴巴集团阿里云事业群研究员，2010年加入阿里巴巴，长期从事操作系统，容器技术，无服务计算相关领域的研发工作。淘宝内核组创始人，为整个阿里巴巴集团提供稳定高效的Linux操作系统。2013年开始从事容器相关技术的研发，率领团队为阿里巴巴集团的开源容器技术pouch提供了底层操作系统的支撑，目前主要负责阿里云无服务计算平台的建设以及底层技术研发。同时马涛也是Linux内核资深研发人员，在Linux内核社区有几百个提交，研发领域涉及Linux文件系统，存储，资源隔离cgroup，namespace等。

Michelle Noorali, Sr. Software Engineer at Microsoft Azure and open source developer, will talk about open source projects in the cloud-native ecosystem, the benefits of having an open source project in a foundation like the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), and the process of transitioning an open source project to the CNCF. Michelle currently serves on the Kubernetes Steering Committee, is on the governing board of the CNCF, and is a core maintainer of Helm, which was recently adopted into the CNCF. In this talk, Michelle will aim to inspire and inform other maintainers of open source projects on how to think about foundations as a long-term home for their open source project.

Dirk is VMware’s Chief Open Source Officer, leading the company’s open source efforts and strategy and driving common values and processes across the company for VMware’s interaction with the open source communities. Before joining VMware, Dirk spent almost 15 years as Intel’s Chief Linux and Open Source Technologist, guiding Intel’s engagements in open source. Before that, among other roles, he worked as Chief Technology Officer of SuSE and Unix Architect of Deutsche Bank. Dirk has been an active developer and contributor in Linux and open source since the early 1990s. He was one of the early Linux kernel developers and has contributed to several dozen open source projects over the years. Dirk holds a Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Würzburg, Germany. He lives in Portland, OR.

宋哲炫博士目前担任华为云战略与产业发展副总裁。他在美国马里兰大学计算机系获得博士，加州大学伯克利分校获得工商管理硕士。在加入华为之前，他在富士通美国研究所从事研究工作，共发表论文20余篇，申请和获得批准的专利超过20件。2011年加入华为之后，他先担任责IT标准专家，IT开放实验室部长，数据中心解决方案设计部长，IT产品线战略和业务发展副总裁等职务。在从事IT标准工作时，曾经竞选担任OASIS国际标准组织的董事会成员以及多个标准组组长的职位
